This Charter forms part of a legally binding agreement between you and CX Assist Ltd. It sets out our values, service principles, and high-level commitments and must be read together with, and is subject to, the Clinic Assist Terms of Business.

We operate licensed telecommunications and software infrastructure through Assist Telecommunications, certified to enterprise-grade security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR). We're not a call centre. We're not an AI wrapper. We're infrastructure - the same way your phone line is infrastructure, except we make sure every call is answered, every patient is cared for, and your practice grows.
We take responsibility for your calls. When a patient contacts your practice, they're contacting us. Their experience is our reputation. We own every outcome.

Those Terms sit behind this Charter to make sure both sides are protected and that the service operates clearly and fairly in every scenario. By signing this Charter, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by both this Charter and the Clinic Assist Terms of Business, which are incorporated into this Charter by reference. If there is ever a conflict, the Terms of Business will apply.
